The Vulcan-Hart
counter model cheese melter is constructed with stainless steel
front, top and interior. Insulated with 1" on top and
sides. Backs also have 1" of insulation on counter and
wall mount models. Rack activated micro switch powers heaters
to 100% when product is placed on the rack. Unit to idle at
25% heat when master power switch is "on" and there is no
product on the rack. These units feature solid state controls
with a cooling fan. Top mounted energy efficient quartz
heaters snap in for easy installation. Unit comes in either
208 or 240 volt single phase. Unit is U.L. and N.S.F. listed.
