cheese melter. Or brown au gratin foods or meringue
pies. Crumb toppings and danish can be toasted. Plates
can be warmed. Bacon and omelets can be cooked. When the
unit is switched on, it holds ready with 25" of its heat
on. Placing food on the four position rack closes a micro
switch and 100% of the heat comes on, instantly. Insulated
top, sides and back. Three wattages are available.
